Pro-Form ltd. has a history of more than 25 years in processing thermoplastic materials.
Due to the four core technologies of the plastic industry we employ (pressure forming, vacuum forming, extruding, injection moulding) and to our well-equipped tool-manufacturing division we can flexibly respond to our customers’ needs. 

     The automatic and semi-automatic vacuum forming machinery available presently, is able to form sheets from size 280x350 mm up to size 2400x1500 mm. Our 5 axels CNC machining center provides the flexibility to prepare sophisticated vacuum formed finished products. Our main range of products produced with vacuum moulding includes packaging and logistic trays for the food and electronics and automobile industry.

     With the pressure forming technology we primarily produce inlays and trays for the confectionery industry.

     In our injection moulding plant we produce both for the engineering and food industry.

     A newly deployed sheet extruder is available to meet customer demands besides of our prevailing foil extruders of high standard. With this new extruder we are able to prepare sheets (ABS, PS and PP) with thickness in the range of 1-8 mm and maximum width of 1450 mm.
